What certificates does it track?
The live product is built around UK landlord Gas Safety (often called a CP12), EICR, and EPC files, plus other expiring documents you upload. Reminders use the dates you confirm after upload.
It is designed for properties in the United Kingdom. Duties still differ by England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland — the guides and the compliance checker point at official sources rather than inventing a single UK-wide rule.
What Certs Reminder does not do
It does not issue certificates, inspect properties, or replace a Gas Safe engineer, electrician, or energy assessor. It does not tell you with legal certainty what your specific property must have, and it is not a council licensing portal.
