What is live for agencies today
Create a free agency account. Add the properties you manage. Upload Gas Safety, EICR and EPC. Optionally record a landlord name on each property. Email reminders follow the dates you confirm. The agency plan is free for up to 50 certificates.
What is not included yet
Team logins (several staff on one agency with separate credentials), white-label client reporting, and a full lettings operating system are not live. If you need those, say so via contact — do not assume they exist because other products advertise them.
Spreadsheet vs software for agencies
A spreadsheet can work for a tiny managed book with one owner. It becomes fragile when staff change, suppliers email different people, and nobody notices a missed row until a certificate is already out of date. HSE guidance is that using an agent does not remove the landlord’s gas safety duties — the contract should say who books checks, and the dates still need a system.
